Biography

From cars to cell phones, we expect the technologies we use every day to work as expected. In order to have a good understanding on how they will perform, engineers use Test and Evaluation (T&E). The more intelligent technologies are, the more comprehensive T&E needs to be. This talk will share the insight and best practices Dr. Brian A. Weiss has gathered from his nearly 30 years of assessing emergent, intelligent systems. Full abstract
